Stress Less, Sleep Better! 2-Hour Workshop

For many of us falling asleep at night is a daunting task. Even if we manage to fall asleep, sleeping through the entire night seems impossible. The good news is that it does not have to be this way! So, shift the momentum and join us for this workshop that will focus on effective natural ways to help you ease your stress and improve the quality of your sleep. A great night sets the foundation for a better day. In this workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Create a peaceful evening routine
  • Enhance your sleeping atmosphere
  • Unwind with simple restorative yoga poses
  • Quiet the busy mind with mindfulness meditation
  • Release stress with breathing and relaxation techniques

This workshop will be lead by "recovering Type A's," Lauren Fisher, PsyD, licensed clinical psychologist, and Jennifer Amore, certified yoga instructor.
