9th Annual Candy Cane Bar Crawl

 

 

Grab your most festive holiday gear and get ready for an afternoon of community cheer, cocktails, raffles and much more for a great cause! The 9th Annual Del Ray Candy Cane Bar Crawl is sponsored by the Jen Walker Team and takes place Saturday, December 14th from 12:30-6pm. This year’s non-profit beneficiary is: Cook for Vets, who’s is to provide food security for Veterans and their households through the distribution of healthy meals and groceries for balanced, sustained nutrition.

The first 250 registrants receive a swag bag, which includes a16 oz event souvenir cup and other goodies. Volunteer for a 2 hour shift and earn yourself a t-shirt and complimentary ticket to the crawl.

Promote your organization through sponsorships for this fun event!

TROLLEY SPONSORS $750 (4) Full Side or (4) $400 Shared Side

We are looking for sponsors to help cover the cost of three Trolleys that will transport people along the restaurant route from 1-6:00pm. This will keep people moving safely, draw more people, and encourage greater restaurant participation. $750 sponsorships are full side, first come first serve – Passenger Side, then Drivers Side. Each $400 sponsor will have one 3×6 Banner on the trolley and will share a side.   Two smaller banners will be on the street side of the trolley  and one banner will be on the opposite side of the trolley.  Street side banners will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Sponsors will also be recognized on advertising materials. Sponsors must provide their own 3’X6’ banner. ($750 Sponsor would be able to hang up to a 3 x 12 banner on the street side and be the sole banner on that side) 

*Businesses can share the sponsorship and one banner if they choose. 

CUP SPONSOR (2)- $500 

Your one-color logo (white) will appear on the cups handed out to 300+  participants! Two sponsorships are available for cups. One business will get their logo on 150 cups and the other business will get their logo on 150 cups. Your business will be featured on our website, social media, and in the printed guide given to participants. Your logo must be available in vector format, preferably single color.

KOOZIE SPONSOR (2)- $500 

Your one-color logo (white) will appear on the Koozies handed out to 500+  participants! Two sponsorships are available for Koozies.  Each business will be featured on 250 Koozies  and the other business will be featured on the other 250 koozies. Your business will be featured on our website, social media, and in the printed guide given to participants. Your logo must be available in vector format.

COSTUME CONTEST: $500

We are looking for one business to sponsor the costume contest for the crawl. Prizes are given for best individual, best couple, and best group. Each participant will win a $100 Gift Certificate to a local business.  Gift certificate costs are included in the cost of your sponsorship. Participants will take pictures in front of a step & repeat sign that has your banner or name identified as the sponsor. You will also be recognized on programs, social media, etc. You are also invited to participate, announcing the winner at 5:45PM  at Pork Barrel BBQ.

SHIRT SPONSORS (9) – $300

There will be long sleeve bar crawl t-shirts  worn by volunteers and sold at the event. T-shirt sponsor logos will be featured on the back of the shirt in addition to the presenting sponsor. You must have your logo available in vector format. 

SWAG BAG SPONSOR: (10) $150 

Swag bags will be given out to 250 participants at the bar crawl and will be filled with local goods and other swag (This bag is not eligible for business swag). Sponsors will be featured on each swag bag, in the event program, and will be recognized on social media.ou must have provide a logo

RAFFLE: GIFT CERTIFICATE OR ITEM (any amount) 

Contribute a gift certificate or item from your business for the raffle baskets. Any denomination or amount is welcome

FRIENDS OF THE BAR CRAWL: $25

This sponsorship is for businesses or citizens who are supportive of this popular fundraising event and/or the Cook for Vets. Friends will be printed on a sign that will be featured at Pat Miller Square and on the buses
